This hotel surprised me in the best way possible. The rooms were nice and clean, with cheerful decor that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. The location was perfect, just outside of the historic center and close to trains and buses. And let's not forget the breakfast - although it was simple, it was super okay as there were amazing bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Great value for money!
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in Palermo. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, as it was close to both the train and bus stations. This made it easy for me to explore the city and even take a trip to the nearby seaside. The rooms had a charming and cheerful decor that created a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided a decent selection of pre-packaged items and delicious coffee to kickstart my day.
No improvement needed, everything was great!

The hotel was conveniently located near the main sights, trains and buses. Finding free parking was easy and the breakfast was good with several options. the staff was helpful, and the kitchen facilities were a bonus. In one of the rooms, there was a balcony to enjoy the view from and a table and chairs.
The real price ended up being noticeably higher than the initial online quote, which was disappointing.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the friendly and helpful owners of the hotel. They were always ready to give us insider information about the city, including the best places to find traditional Christmas treats. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and was within easy walking distance of key sights. As a bonus, the atmosphere in the hotel was very cosy and welcoming.
The noise from the street outside was quite disruptive during our stay. We also found it disappointing that some basic toiletries were not provided in the bathroom.

The location of this B&B was fantastic! It was only a short walk from all the main sights and near to trains and buses. the breakfast was great with a choice of sweet and savory items. Plus, the room had a lovely balcony and table and chairs to enjoy the surroundings.
The check-in process was unhappy as I was surprised to find out about some unexpected charges. there was no staff available when I realized there were no toiletries in the bathroom.
